Meet Our Team

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home and put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our specially trained and highly skilled staff includes Kacie Arsenault, PA-C, Paul Dwyer, PA-C, Heather (LPN and medical billing expert), Sue T (medical receptionist and transcriptionist), Sue W (receptionist and administrative assistant), Jennifer (clinical medical assistant) and Kathy (clinical medical assistant). Together, with our strengths and talents combined, we represent years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Our team is a friendly and happy group who enjoy helping people and take pride in doing a good job. We all have a passion for dermatology and work together to treat a wide range of skin conditions from skin cancer to allergic rashes to wrinkles. To stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances, we regularly attend continuing education courses and seminars.

Kacie R. Arsenault, PA-C

A native of central Massachusetts, Kacie earned both her bachelors (Magna Cum Laude) and masters degrees from highly competitive Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. During her training Kacie was distinguished as a peer mentor and an Admissions Committee Representative. Kacie has also authored a report on superficial spreading melanoma.

Kacie is active in providing health and environmental education for children and has worked in that capacity at Nature’s Classroom. She also enjoys being in the great outdoors.

Excited about living in the heart of the Berkshires, Kacie brings her broad clinical experience, her love of all diseases dermatological, and her empathetic nature. Kacie clearly shares our passion for dermatology, life-long learning, and the pursuit of excellence. Kacie’s practice is open and she is currently accepting new patients.


Paul D. Dwyer, PA-C

Originally from the Pocono region of Pennsylvania, Paul earned his B.S. from Marywood University in Scranton. He subsequently completed his masters degree at Marywood’s highly selective physician assistant program where he was chosen to be a peer mentor and elected president of his class. Additionally, he earned prestigious memberships in both the Alpha Epsilon Lambda and the Phi Theta Kappa Honor societies.

With his long time enthusiasm for and commitment to dermatology, Paul brings to the Berkshires his clinical experience from Pennsylvania and his kind and thoughtful demeanor. Although Paul enjoys caring for people of all ages he has a special interest in geriatrics and has been extensively involved with the H.E.L.P. program assisting elderly in navigating healthcare. An avid outdoorsman, Paul revels in all outdoor activities from mountain biking to snowboarding to kayaking and is happy to call the Berkshires home.
