Fractional CO2 Laser Resurfacing

White, gray and blond hair does not respond to any laser hair removal techniques because there is not enough melanin pigment in the hair shaft to absorb the light energy. Underarm and bikini-line hair is usually very amenable to laser treatment while facial hair is more stubborn.
